Adolfo is from Guatemala, and currently pursuing a Master of International Business at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. His studies focus on International Finance and Strategic Management applied to agriculture. He is interested in finding ways to bring financial markets and agriculture closer in developing countries, and how this will impact food security.
Adolfo holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences and Production from The Panamerican Agricultural University, Zamorano, located in Honduras. He has held various roles in crop production working in the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras.
Most recently, he worked for a Guatemalan coffee exporting company where he served as the sales manager overseeing coffee sales around the globe. A large part of this role was helping coffee buyers identify potential investment opportunities for impact investing in coffee communities.
